Vendor info and agreement

It’s important to share your event’s zero waste policy with vendors and suppliers as early as possible. Even better, you can make stallholder sign-up conditional to zero waste compliance – in exchange for a lower stall cost. 

Before the event, you’ll need to provide vendors with an information sheet and agreement that sets out event requirements in terms of packaging and waste management practices.
