We’re pleased to share Without Waste’s four-part workshop series, ‘Rethinking Events Without Waste’, funded by the Auckland Council.

These free workshops are intended to empower event organisers to obtain the tools to reduce waste, plan ahead with confidence, cut costs, and create better event experiences. 

The second workshop in this four-part series will take place on Wednesday 18th November 6:00-8:00pm located at the Sustainable Business Network hub, 5/48 Emily Place, Auckland CBD. This session will focus on organic waste; how to navigate the confusion around compostable packaging, food waste separation, and working with catering companies and food rescue organisations. It will include practical guidance you can apply to your own event, venue, vendors, suppliers, and operations.
